Get Heard is built Safety & Ethics First. You decide what health information to share, and you stay in control of it.
Your records, protected
Uploaded records are stored in a private space only your account can open. We never ask for your insurance or ID numbers, we never sell your data, and your information is never used to train AI models. You can delete your records at any time.
AI with clear boundaries
The AI organises and rephrases. It does not interpret symptoms or results, diagnose, or recommend care.
Emergency safeguards
Emergency phrases are checked as you type and again on our servers. When one is detected, practice stops and you're pointed to real help.
Your data stays yours
Each account's practice is private to that account. We don't sell data, and we don't use advertising cookies.
