Who we are

Get Heard Inc operates Get Heard and is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect and why

Account details (name, email, sign-in provider ID from Google or Microsoft): to create your account and let you sign in. Legal basis: contract.

Practice content (your typed or spoken replies, coaching requests, scores and feedback): to run practice sessionsand debriefs. Legal basis: contract.

Pass and reminder details: to manage your passes and practice reminders. Legal basis: contract.

Usage and technical data (IP address, device and browser info, logs): for security, fraud prevention and fixing problems. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Support messages: to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

If you choose to, we store the symptoms, history and medical records you provide, plus your practice transcripts, so we can run your practice appointments and build your 1-pager. This is sensitive health information: it is stored privately in your account, encrypted in transit and at rest, and visible only to you.

Your documents and conversations are processed by our AI providers solely to deliver the service. We never sell your health information and never use it to train AI models. You can delete any uploaded record at any time; to delete your whole account and all associated data, email us.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help run the app: hosting and database, AI model providers that generate doctor and coaching replies, and voice providers for voice practice.

Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, payments, tax and invoicing.

Professional advisers (legal, accounting), and authorities where the law requires it.

We never sell your data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep account and practice data while your account is active. When it's no longer needed, or you ask us to, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email founder@getheardtoday.com; we respond within one month. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and per-account data isolation to protect your information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage only, to keep you signed in and remember in-app settings. We don't use advertising cookies.
